People who are young, irritable, living in a high-pressure environment for a long time or exercising too much should stay quiet to keep the balance between Yin and Yang because for them, the five elements belong to Yang. For some introverted or coward people of low mood, the five elements belong to Yin, and so they should be more excited for Yin and Yang conditioning through static exercise, dynamic exercise or kinds of sports, which may dredge the meridians, and thus achieve the purpose of fitness and health maintenance.
